  • Define the stages of the statistical cycle and explain their relationships.
  • Formulate questions and conclusions based on contextual data.
  • Differentiate between quantitative and categorical data types.
  • Compare and contrast population vs. sample, and parameter vs. statistic.
  • Identify and explain constraints of a statistical approach.
