- Define the stages of the statistical cycle and explain their relationships.
- Formulate questions and conclusions based on contextual data.
- Differentiate between quantitative and categorical data types.
- Compare and contrast population vs. sample, and parameter vs. statistic.
- Identify and explain constraints of a statistical approach.
