  • Explain the Transatlantic Slave Trade and its impact on the African coast and the Western Hemisphere.
  • Identify cultural connections, conflicts, and common values of enslaved people in the Western Hemisphere.
  • Understand challenges and hardships endured by enslaved people brought to colonial America.
